sorry for the crap quality the orinal recording was about three years ago before I had a camcorder. It was done with a digital camera with no sound and I have just recently been able to convert formats and put a little music to it hope you like.

My training over the last few years has become very traditional, hence i haven’t posted many kenvert videos of late. I still owe my whole world to free flow sword form though and hope to always combine the two in harmony. This is a short response video to someone who mentioned i don’t use a sharp heavy katana much anymore.. and that i couldn’t move one like i do my other swords.. (hence the spins at 1.00) .. lol i assure you it’s always been my first and foremost training tool. It’s really the only weapon i train with these days..(Vid includes some old fav shots at the end).
